A native of Nigeria, Chukwudi Iwuji is a Nigerian-British actor. In March 2018, he played the role of John Blanke in the movie The Low Road. In 2016, he made headlines after starring in the movie titled, Hamlet playing the role of Hamlet.

Iwuji said the character had a dark past but was working to redeem himself. He developed a backstory for Clemson since he does not exist in the comics, and worked with vocal coach Kohli Calhoun to develop the character’s voice.
