Ashley Ryan Biography
Ashley Ryan is an American journalist who serves as a morning news anchor on Fox 31. She joined the news station in August 2021. Prior to her current position, she worked for KOTV in Tulsa, Oklahoma as an anchor for the 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. newscasts.
Prior to Tulsa, Ashley anchored weekday mornings at WLTX in South Carolina. While there, she covered the Charleston Church shooting, the Confederate Flag controversy at the State Capitol, and the historic thousand-year flood. She’s also worked at WBIR in Knoxville, Tennessee, ABC 57 News in South Bend, Indiana, and WBKB in Alpena, Michigan.

Ryan joined KDVR-Fox31 in August 2021. She serves as the morning news anchor for weekday 4.30 a.m. newscasts alongside co-anchor Kirk Yuhnke. Before this, she worked as a news anchor for KOTV. She anchored the 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. newscasts.
She has previously served as a morning news anchor for WLTX-TV in Columbia, South Carolina. Before that, Ashley was a news anchor and reporter for WBIR-TV in Knoxville, Tennessee. Her journalism career started back in Chicago. She served as an investigative intern at WBBM-TV. From there, she joined WBND-TV in South Bend, Indiana.
