Meghan Crumpler is an American television personality who is best known for being featured on TLC’s new show 1000-Lb Best Friends.
1000-Lb Best Friends was highly inspired by 1000-Lb Sisters. The show follows two best friends, Meghan, and Vanessa through their weight loss journey.
Meghan Crumpler Age
Crumpler is 45 years old as of 2024. She was born in January 1979 in Stockbridge, Georgia, United States. However, her exact date of birth is not yet known.

Meghan measures a standing height of 5 feet 2 inches tall. In October, through her official Facebook page, she revealed that she had gotten a tattoo “Beautiful Disaster”.
Meghan Crumpler Parents and Siblings
Crumpler was brought up by her adoptive parents David James Crumpler, her father, and Wanda Teresa Crumpler, her mother. She has, however, not disclosed any information concerning her real parents. Unfortunately, her father died on November 21st, 2019 at the age of 60.
James, her adoptive father had been a working American citizen from the age of 17 until he went on to Hospice in 2018, and worked from a wheelchair with no hand use for the last 10 years of his life. James was also, a 12-year veteran of the Army National Guard. Meghan has a younger sister named Ashley Wood. Her sister is married to Chris Wood and has been blessed with a daughter.

Crumpler is in a romantic relationship with Jon who has supported her throughout her weight loss journey. The beautiful couple has a 10-year age difference. As of 2023, the couple is engaged.
Meghan Crumpler Weight Loss
Crumpler began her weight loss journey weighing 496 pounds which she discovered at Dr. Procter’s office. She was given a weight loss target of 20 pounds. Meghan revealed that it was hard for her to lose the weight but upon doing her weight check again, she was at 459 pounds. As she lost her weight, she also brought in her best friend to try and join her in the journey.

With the help of bariatric surgeon Dr. Procter, Vanessa alongside her best friend Meghan lost weight.
