Ken Jeong Biography
A native of Detroit, Michigan, Ken Jeong born Kendrick Kang-Joh Jeong is an American stand-up comedian, actor, producer, writer, television personality, and licensed physician.
He is best known for portraying the role of Leslie Chow in the film series, The Hangover from 2009 to 2013. He also played the role of Ben Chang in the NBC series Community from 2009 to 2015.

Ken attended Walter Hines Page High School. It was while in high school that he participated in the regional quiz bowl and was selected to the student council.
He also played violin in the school orchestra. In 1986, he graduated at the young age of 16. Later, he went on to receive Greensboro’s Youth of the Year award for his achievements. While in university in his sophomore year, he began acting. At the time he was studying at Duke University. For some time, he thought of majoring in drama while still continuing his pre-med coursework.

Jeong is a happily married man. He is the loving husband to Tran Ho. His wife is a Vietnamese-American family physician, and a breast cancer survivor.
“It’s our humor that gets us through life. It’s our humor that got us through Tran’s cancer. It’s just trying to find light where there’s darkness. I think that, to me, is what humor is all about,” Ken told Coping with Cancer magazine.
The beautiful couple has been blessed with twin daughters named Zoey and Alexa who were born in 2007. The family currently resides in Calabasas, California.

Ken Jeong Community
On the NBC sitcom Community, Jeong played the role of Señor Chang. For the role, he was nominated for the show’s “Male Breakout Star” at the 2010 Teen Choice Awards. Originally, Chang was the study group’s unhinged Spanish teacher. During the first season, he is the main character who is not a member of the Spanish study group. During the end of the season, it is however discovered that he had no teaching qualifications and that just like Jeff, he will have to attend Greendale as a student to get a degree.
Ken Jeong Endgame
In the film Avengers: Endgame, Ken plays the role of a security guard who discovers Ant-Man after the hero is found in a storage unit following the five-year time jump.

Kang-Joh played the role of Leslie Chow in the film series, The Hangover. He aired on the show from 2009 to 2013.
