A native of Homestead, Florida, Jeff Zucker is an American media executive who was born on April 9, 1965. Between January 2013 and February 2022, Jeff was the president of CNN Worldwide. He oversaw CNN, CNN International, HLN, and CNN Digital.

Jeff was previously CEO of NBCUniversal. He served as an executive in residence at Columbia Business School.

On February 2, 2022, Jeff resigned from CNN. The relationship was made public in early January 2022 as well as CNN acknowledged it in February during the network’s investigation into Chris Cuomo.

Zucker is set to leave CNN at the end of 2021 to honor his contract. Speaking to Los Angeles Times he said; “I love my job, it’s really that simple. I have an incredible vantage point here. I felt that I wanted to honor the contractual commitment.”
